What support options do you provide to Partners?

As a Partner, you have access to the Business Catalyst Knowledgebase, community forums, and helpful training videos.

You can also submit support tickets via the Help & Support tab of your Partner Portal, while your clients can submit requests through the Support Central area of their Admin Console. (Standard & Premium Partners only)

Do you provide support around HTML/CSS questions?
HTML and CSS issues are outside the scope of the provided support. However, you can post HTML and CSS questions on the Adobe community forums.
